I remember being a kid … play, play and lots of fun but there were also times when it seemed so unfair. ‘Parents have it easy,’ I grumbled. ‘They don’t have to go to bed at 7.30. It’s hard being a kid!’. Thirty years later and I’m a parent. Wow doesn’t that change things?!

Siblings can be great playmates and have lots of fun but what can we do when the fun turns into fight? In the blink of an eye, someone feels hard done by and it turns into arguments, insults, name calling, screaming or hitting. What went wrong?

Every child goes through a phase of jungle behaviour at some stage. Some do it when they’re two years old while others might wait until they’re sixteen.
