AT SCHOOL PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS

Invite Dr Heyworth to visit your school to provide:

  • professional development for staff and/or,
  • information sessions for parents.

A. Staff/Parent Combination Sessions

If you’re goal is to encourage conversations and sustainable change across your school community, why not book one of each?

    • Allows the same topic to be delivered across 2 groups:
      • a Staff session (90 minutes)
      • and a Parent session (90 minutes)
    • Each session is tailored to the different perspectives of each group.
    • Provides consistent language across the groups, to encourage ongoing conversations and cultural change into the future.

B. Deeper Detail PD for Staff (Half-day)

  • Half-day Professional Development workshops allow coverage of:
    • greater detail and strategies (for staff only) on topics such as ‘Anxiety and Resilience’ or ‘From Jungle Behaviour to Student Wellbeing’ OR
    • a combination of two topics in one staff session, such as ‘It’s a Jungle – Guide to Emotions and Behaviour’ and ’Conditions that Impact Student Behaviour’

    • greater detail and strategies (for staff only) on topics such as ‘Anxiety and Resilience’ or ‘From Jungle Behaviour to Student Wellbeing’ OR
    • a combination of two topics in one staff session, such as ‘It’s a Jungle – Guide to Emotions and Behaviour’ and ’Conditions that Impact Student Behaviour’

D. Keynote and Conference Presentations

  • Ask Dr Heyworth to design and deliver a Keynote Address on a topic of your choice.

E. Sequence of Workshops and Course Design Options available

  • Dr Heyworth would be delighted to weave her psychiatric expertise together with her Learning Design skills to custom design a bespoke course for you.

Choose from established topics or ask Dr Heyworth to tailor something special:

  1. It’s a Jungle – Guide to Emotions and Behaviour
  2. Anxiety and Resilience
  3. From Jungle Behaviour to Student Wellbeing
  4. Conditions that Impact Student Behaviour (Prerequisite = Topic 1 or 3)
  5. Other custom-tailored topics available (for an adjusted fee)

NB: A preferred date cannot be confirmed until a deposit of 50-100% has been received. I can provide an invoice and direct debit details once you decide to proceed.
